Help

How raid works, and how to get help when something isn't right.

Last updated 8 October 2026

1. Getting started

  • Create an account: log in with your email (we send a 6-digit code) or with Google or Apple. A new account gets a handle and a Stellar wallet straight away.
  • Before your first trade: you’ll confirm you’re 18 or over and that you understand the risks.
  • Fund your wallet: open Deposit to see your wallet address and send XLM or USDC to it.

2. Trading

  • Buying and selling: pick an amount on a token page and review it: the price, fees and what you’ll receive are shown before you confirm.
  • Slippage: set how far the price may move before a trade fails, in Settings → Trading defaults or from the trade panel.
  • Curves and graduation: new tokens trade on a bonding curve; when the curve sells out, the token moves to the Stellar DEX with its liquidity locked.
  • Copy alerts: copying a trade fills in the trade panel for you to review; raid never trades on its own.

3. Launching a token

Choose Launch token, add a name, ticker, logo and description, and review the launch before you confirm. Your launch is a set of Stellar transactions; if one step fails, Retry continues from where it stopped.

4. Sending and withdrawing

  • Send to a raid user: open their profile and choose Send.
  • Withdraw: send XLM to any Stellar address. Exchanges often need a memo: copy it exactly, or the funds may be lost.
  • Final: transfers can’t be reversed, so check the address and amount in the review.

5. Security

  • Authenticator app: Settings → Security → Authenticator app → Set up. raid then asks for a code when you sign in from a new device.
  • Passkeys: turn on Require Face ID for withdrawals to confirm every withdrawal and send with your fingerprint, Face ID or device PIN. Add each device you use.
  • Sessions: Settings → Active sessions lists every signed-in device with its location; sign out any you don’t recognise.
  • Never share codes: raid will never ask for your login code, authenticator code or passkey.

6. Your account

Edit your profile from your profile page, change display and trading preferences in Settings, and delete your account from Settings → Delete account (your wallet must be empty first). Your trades stay on the public ledger.

7. Contact support

Can’t find an answer? Get in touch, and include your raid handle (never your codes):

A support email will be listed here soon.
